    Program Description

    Lazona Tile Care operates a customer-care SMS program used to send appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and occasional promotional offers. By opting in, you agree to receive these messages from Lazona Tile Care at the mobile number you provide.

    How to Opt In

    Consent to receive SMS messages is collected only when you affirmatively check the SMS opt-in box on one of our website forms (Contact, Grout Quiz, Free Photo Assessment) and provide your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

    Message Frequency

    Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your project. You should expect a low volume of messages — typically fewer than 8 per month.

    Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details on your plan.

    How to Opt Out

    You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Lazona Tile Care unless you opt in again. To re-subscribe, submit a new request through our website forms with the SMS opt-in box checked.

    Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Privacy
